BCRB/BRBC Series Crossed Roller Bearings

Specifically, the outer ring of BCRB/BRBC series crossed roller bearings is divided into two or more parts, this design facilitates installation and disassembly, and can be adapted to different installation scenarios. The inner ring adopts a one-piece design to ensure the rigidity and stability of the inner ring.

Compared with traditional crossed roller bearings, BCRB/BRBC series bearings are designed with full complement rollers without cages, which makes the contact between the rollers closer and the load capacity is higher. At the same time, since there is no interference from the cage, the inner ring rotates with less friction and deformation, thus providing higher rotation accuracy.

The purpose of preloading BCRB/BRBC series cross roller bearings

1. Improve bearing rotation accuracy

After the BCRB and BRBC series crossed roller bearings are preloaded, the internal clearance can be eliminated, the preload can be evenly distributed on each rolling element, and the ring is supported from multiple directions, thereby improving the rotation accuracy of the bearing and positioning the shaft correctly in axial and radial positions.

2. Improve bearing rigidity

The contact between the raceway and the bearing in the rolling element is an elastic contact, and the rolling element has the elasticity similar to a spring. For bearings with clearance, generally only a few rolling elements are supporting the load received. After the bearing is preloaded, it will have elastic support in all directions, and there is a certain amount of preload, so there are more rolling elements that can bear the load. , thereby increasing the stiffness of the bearing.

3. Improve bearing life

After the preloaded BCRB and BRBC series crossed roller bearings, the number of rolling elements bearing the load increases, and at the same time, because the load received is evenly distributed to each rolling element, the load on each rolling element will be reduced. , thereby increasing the service life of the bearing.

4. Improve bearing damping and reduce noise

After preloading, a stable oil film can be established between the bearing rolling elements and the raceway, which improves the damping between the rolling elements and the raceways, improves the elasticity of the bearing support structure, and makes the bearing run with less noise.

5. Improve the dynamic performance of the bearing

For high-speed rotating bearings, if it is necessary to prevent the gyroscopic rotation of the steel ball, prevent the revolution slip of the steel ball, and control the spin-slide of the steel ball, a certain preload is necessary.

6. Make up for the wear of the bearing during operation

When the bearing is running, the wear caused by long-term operation will increase the clearance of the bearing. At this time, we can make up for it by preloading.
